synchronizing databases on windows and linux [message #266358]

i am designing an application in which i have a replicated databases on the windows and linux.i will be updating the data in the database using the front end. If i enter the data in the database which is on the linux then the changes need to be reflected on the database which is on the windows platform, So that the both the database are been synchronized.Could any one help me how shall i proceed.

This can't be done with Streams.
Use materialized views.
