After long analysis i came to a conclusion that
Oracle PL/SQL Programming by Steven (O Reilly)4th Edition
is the best book to prepare for IZO -147 Exam
Now, any body have the ebook of the same.. Any edition no probs..

Don't be so tight. You will use this book to improve your career. If you don't want to spend 60 or so dollars on that, better don't go for that certification at all.
