SFTP from Solaris Server to Windows Server [message #265522]

Hi,

we have a requirement where we need to send a .csv file from our Solaris Server to the Windows Server of a third party through SFTP.

We are able to do the same through a SFTP client using interactive session, but we are not able to do the same in non-interactive session (Shell Script). we are getting an error:

"Connecting to 58.2.xx.xxx...
You have no controlling tty. Cannot read passphrase.
Couldn't read packet: Bad file number"

Please help.

Color me confused.
What does this question have to do with Oracle?
You might get better assistance by posting in a Solaris or Windows specific forum.

This is because we are using Solaris Server for our Oracle Applications and we need to send data from oracle database to the third party server using a shell script.

What ever the solution may be, it will have NOTHING related to any Oracle product.You could just as well be using DB2, Sybase or any other package & the solution will be the same.
