I have forgot the vault admin password, can I change it or is there anyother way to get it.

Hi:
ora 1031 "insufficient privileges"
*May Cause:An attempt was made to change your username and password without the appropriate privileges.
*Action:Ask the database administrator to perform the operate or grant the required privileges.For example,connect '/as sysdba'
grant connect,resource to username,only if username is rman,the administrator must grant recovery_catalog_owner.

muzahid, do you know Audit Vault?
It is a product with greater security than standard Oracle rdbms.
SYS is more protected.
If you don't know Audit Vault, you can't help.
