Hm, right; something's wrong with the URL; if you have access to Metalink, visit this page instead.

I'd answer your question if you had provided more information (which database server type (enterprise, standard, ...)) on which MS Windows Vista (X86, AMD64/EM64T)).

Regarding the provided information and generally speaking, my answer would be NO - Oracle 9i is not certified with MS Windows Vista.
