if i will write this question in "forms section"
then u will say "put it in reports section"
but i think here in "report section" nobody answers
everyone visits forms section daily but not report section.

This is a reports question; of course it will be moved from the Forms forum back here. So it seems that you have a bad luck; if you aren't satisfied with visiting frequency in the Reports forum, too bad for you - I'm afraid you can't make people come here more often than you'd like them to.
Reading your questions, I have a feeling that you are self-educating person. This approach doesn't have to be bad, but surely is time consuming and, once you learn how to solve simple tasks, more complicated ones give you a headache. I hope you realize that it is not David Martin's, Maarten Hereijgers' or anyone else's job to educate you and subject their time and life to your problems.
Perhaps you should visit Oracle Education Center and learn these things where they should be taught and learnt - in school.
As of your current question - I'm sorry, but I wouldn't know what you did (or did not do) to make Report Builder return such an error. Someone might, but - this is just a forum, so you'll have to wait this "someone" to come. If you can not, there's the OraFAQ Forum Guide so read it; you'll see that one of possible solutions is to hire a consultant, pay his/her fee and you'll get the answer really soon.
