Hello i have installed Oracle 9i Dev Suit and develop few forms. Now i want to set up my own app server....

I dont know from where should i get 9iAS how to install and how to deploy my forms can some one guide me with steps or tell me some documentation links and the path to get Oracle 9i AS...

Why wouldn't you download and install Application Server 10g instead? Here is Oracle Technology Network's Download page. At the top of the page you'll see a link to the Documentation page, so - feel free to explore, read, download and install!

We have oracle DB 9.0.2 which cannot be changed and i try to install 10G AS but it is not supporting this DB.

why 9i Applicaiton Server 1.0.2 install forms6i by default, it is causing my 9i forms not working, giving error of form is developed in new version etc...

Forms 6i? I wouldn't know ... really, why would 9i install a 6i product by default? I'd expect something completely different.
