1) While taking hot backup .. there was a power issue and the system was shutdown how to bring it backup ..

You mean i donot need to recover first .. since the database was in backup mode .. I think database will not be consitent as the backup was going on .
I am not a very much experienced guy but this is what i did ..also i firmly think this is the solution .. now that i have tried

I just tried it worked ..
what i did was
>startup mount
>select * from v$recover_file
this displayed which all files needed recovery
>alter database recover datafile 1,2,3,4

then the recovery was complete.

Finally

> alter database open

...

please some help me if there is another solution

No. This is the way to do it.
You have to "alter database end backup" if you don't want to backup again. Otherwise, restart your backup.
Files are in "recovery needed" state because they were in backup mode but database is OK as you saw it when you executed the "recover" command. Oracle just verifies that the files are fine (maybe makes a little bit of work).

I assumed that:

I could not recollect all these steps in the interview.. i just said i would simply startup the database.. the interviewer asked me are you sure you would just start the database.. i said yes.. then said i would start in mount stage and try to perform recovery.

I waiting the reply ... the interviewer said he will give his feedback to HR.. not sure i keeping my fingers crossed..

there are some other questions which i did not answer..
