Hi,all!
I want to know if control_file_record_keep_time will limit the keep time of backup infomation of RMAN in contolfile.

It gives a threshold from where Oracle can reuse the entries.
Among these entries there are RMAN ones.

Assume that control_file_record_keep_time is set to 7 days,so Rman which use control for catalog can only keep 7 days backup info?

At least 7 days.
If Oracle does not need to reuse the entries, it does not erase them.

Beware of setting this value too big. You cannot "shrink" a controlfile, you can only recreate it. If you say, set it to 365 days your controlfile will maintain an huge amount of backup information and your controlfile could grow very very large. This could/probably lead to controlfile enqueue issues. If you want to store more than 7 days worth of backup information, best setup a recovery catalog.
