If you meant INDEX HINT then.
some thing like this.
SQL>  create view my_view
  2  as
  3   select /*+ INDEX(CITY_PK_IDX)*/ CITY_CODE,COUNTRY_CODE,CITY_NAME
  4   from city;

View created.
