Hi,

I've installed 64 bit Oracle Oracle 10g on 64 bit XP. I can connect to the database via sqlplus. however I cannot connect via ADO, I get the error 'Provder not found, it may not be properly installed'. The oledb driver that comes with Oracle 10g is installed and looks to be registered ok.
Any help on this is greatly appreaciated.

Have you tried with OraOLEDB.Oracle.1?
Some XP installed machines have that problem due to service pack.
