I want to know, how can we create EXE of Java/JSP project?

You cannot.
You have to deploy it to a webserver that can serve jsp.

It is true that we need to deploy JSPs to a webserver that can serve them to the client. The question is if I have to deploy the JSPs to the customer's server then the customer gets to see al the code that I have written (even if I deploy class files they can always be reverse engineered!).
How to prevent this ??

You can't. There is always a way to reverse engineer code.
Don't make a fuzz out of it; if you deliver in time, with the agreed amount of functionality and not too many bugs, the customer will be satisfied enough to come back to you.
