I have been trying to run reports on Oracle Apps 11.5.10.2

and I get the same message

Phase: Inactive
Status: No Manager

I understand that I have to run a sql file --> cmclean.sql

I donot have a metalink access can somebody give me the link where I can download the file .. Or it would be really great if you can email me the file. << Plzz remember -- I do not have access to metalink >>>>
