Hi,

Can anyone please help me in this matter.
In v$buffer_pool_statistics i found 99% hit ratio but the performance is poor?

BCHR is a mythical indicator of performance as you can testify.

99% of hit ratio is a clue a very poor tuned application.
So review the code and tune the application.
