Hi

I want to work in Middle East(UAE,Kuwait,Oman)
Can any body provide me the information of getting opportunity
to work in Middle East as a pl/sql devepoler.

When they ask you during the interview how you got to their companies, make sure you tell them you used a forum to get the info.
Add to that that you were unable to find anything, even after being given google search criteria, or that you were too lazy to scan the results...

Also you may want to answer the interview question "Why do you want to work for us" with the following answer "I am exceptionally stupid and lazy, I feel I'll be a great asset".
