Hi, i am very new with oracle.
I know nothing about oracle.
I did read some articles about oracle, but it cant help.
Im supposed to prepare a monthly backup for Payroll System at my workplace, but i dunno what should i do.
What is the 1st step?
Sumbody please help me.

I agree with anacedent and MarcL.
Tell your manager you can't be held responsible in case of an error. If they take their data serious, they should send you to a DBA course and hire someone until you are ready to take over.
Don't fool yourself or your manager, or you _will_ be sorry, in case things go wrong...
