Hi All,

I have a database oracle 9.2.0.6 and I have the following error:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kqrfrpo], [0x67FAB658], [11], [], [], [], [], []

I can't connect to the database (with sys, system and other users with dba role). I can't perform an export, I can't connect with sqplus /nolog nor with toad.

I don't know what to do.
I'm tempted to bounce database...but the risk is that it can't startup again.

Could anyone help me, plese?

ORA-00600 = Oracle bug => search on Metalink and/or call Oracle support.

I found this patch

Patchsets known to include or supersede Patch 3835429

But there is no patch for win 2k (or, maybe, I can't find it.

Do you thick with a restart, the situation could improve? I need a quick solution, and later on I can fix the problem.

I don't know, a bug is always specific, no general solution, what does the document you found say?

Windows patches only come out in bundles. If you are looking for a specific patch, try looking for the patch number within the fixed patches of the patch release notes. You should find a link showing all patches are included in each bundle
