Hi Forum,
Iam installing oracle 10g Agent Components, when it configuring it's taking long time.
"Performing free port detection on host=XYZ.com
Performing targets discovery and agent configuration"
The above step is the last from the installation log file.
Can any body help plz............

STEPS FOR AGENT INSTALLATION...

Make sure the /var/opt/oracle/oratab file has entries for the databases on the platform (should be set to No)
cd down to solaris/agent directory
export DISPLAY=xxx.xx.xxx.xx:0.0
./runInstaller
Additional Management Agent should already be highlighted
Parent Directory = /opt/oracle/10.2.0Agent (check xxxx_setup.sh script to see actual name or directory matches env variable some are all caps)
Management Service Host Name = mybox02
Management Service Port = 7777
Password= oracle
Oracle Configuration Manager Registration – skip this screen
