Apologies if posted in the incorrect place, Oracle Sys Admin looking for guidance / info....

Recently the number of archive redo logs on the d/b has increased from single figures per day to anything between 250-300. We're running Oracle Apps 11i 5.8 on Oracle 9i database.

Is there any simple way of finding out what's creating the redo logs? We need to identify what's caused the increase before we look at changing archive settings, increasing space etc.

Any info greatly appreciated.
