We are looking for top Data Warehouse Experts who have 7-10 years of extensive industry experience with providing enterprise level solutions to large clients.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate solid expertise in solution design, architecture, and hands-on implementation of complex systems utilizing a variety of industry standard Data Modeling, ETL, Reporting & Analytical tools from Oracle and other vendors. Examples include Oracle Designer, Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB), Oracle Discoverer, Oracle's OLAP option, Informatica, ERWin, and Cognos.
Additional Requirements:
- Able to conduct executive workshops for Enterprise Business
Intelligence Strategy and Vision.
- Experience designing and building proof-of-concept solutions
- Deep but varied industry experience in a variety of business areas with ability to write functional and Technical Specs for DW Architecture.
- Experience designing and implementing Dashboards and scorecards
- Proven ability to plan and manage activities of a delivery team of skilled personnel to deliver Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence projects on time and under budget
- Ability to identify and mange project risks, issues and conflicts
- Excellent documenting skills, communication skills, client management skills, and method based engagement management
- Oracle 9i, 10g, proficiency with data warehousing features of the databases
- Experience with pre-packaged ERP Data Warehouses a plus
- Solid Experience with Testing Strategies
- Familiarity with multiple ETL and Data Modeling Tools
Additional desired skills include:
- Experience with Oracle Applications Data Warehousing (DBI, BIS, EDW)
- Familiarity with hardware and storage configurations
- Oracle and non Oracle Portal experience
- Oracle (9iAS, 10gAS) and non Oracle application server experience
- Oracle Data Hub, Interconnect, and integration technology
- XML, ebXML, Java, HTML
- Oracle RAC & Grid Architecture, Data Guard, High Availability,
Disaster Recovery
- Oracle Security
- DB migration and consolidation experience
