Hello !

I`ve installed Oracle 9i on Solaris 9. First time when i start the Oracle Intelligent Agent it works, but next time when i want to start it (after i have the stopped the old one), the following error message was printed out:

DBSNMP for Solaris: Version 9.2.0.8.0 - Production on 11-JUN-2007 10:41:15

Copyright (c) 2006 Oracle Corporation. All rights reserved.

Starting Oracle Intelligent Agent...Segmentation Fault - core dumped
Segmentation Fault - core dumped
.Segmentation Fault - core dumped
Segmentation Fault - core dumped
.
Unable to contact Agent process.
Agent Watchdog killed -- Agent in unsupported state.
Please contact Oracle Support for help.

Anybody an idea what`s wrong ?
I have searched on google, but don`t find a solution for it..

Thanks

Be sure you have a valid setting for LD_LIBRARY_PATH in your .profile or .bash_profile file.

...That's what fixed it for me.
