Suddenly i got an emergency issue-Oracle server very slow .
Anyone has any troubleshooting steps to find what is the cause ?

Unix team got back saying 'oracle' is consuming more CPU

What does you Statspack report say?

Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.2.0.6

i donot know how to use statspack.i am digging some articles now how to use it.

btw,following are the top 10 CPU usage in database.
