sir,
my problem is peramater pass in report
my query

select * from emp
where empno in('123','456','4875');

this query i craete a report ,but my problem is parameter when a user
will input emp no in one text field
user input sample

123,456,4875

then report will be generated,however i pass multipole emp no in one parameter in oracle report.

masud iqubal(DHAKA,BANGLADESH)

Are you working with Discoverer or Reports?

as long as there is a separator, comma in your case, you can manipulate that string into three parameter. Or, use lexical parameter when you catch that parameter in report.
do it like this:
where 1=1
&p

where &p is equivalent to 'AND empno in('123','456','4875')'
