I have installed oracle 6i forms and reports in windows vista. In eventviewer i got one error message that "The program RWBLD60.EXE version 3.0.0.0 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem histroy in the Problem Reports and Solutions control panel.Process ID:1d0 Start Time:01c79de7b78bb4c6 Termination Time:15"for the EXE file "Orcle 6i forms and reports\win32\or\6_0_8_11_3\bin\RWBLD60.EXE". When i click that EXE File, Report Builder is opening. Why this error occured. What is the solution for this.

None, I'm afraid. Oracle Developer Suite 6i is much to old to be certified with MS Windows Vista, and I believe you won't get any help even from Oracle Support.
Install certified combination of [Oracle + Operating System].
