Hi there,

Can anyone tell me how to create 1 heading and the details (in cols)and the next heading n details...n so on on 1 page..?Hope this question is not dumb.

I would like the details to be shown like this

all in 1 page....
is that possible?

I might be wrong, but I don't see how "DIS FORUM" (@DreamzZ, please, switch off "Caps Lock" and communicate in English. "u", "ur", "dis" are NOT acceptable on OraFAQ Forum) can help in this situation.

On-topic: I *guess* there's a query which produced output in your report. Now click on "city name" and drag it out of the group it is currently in. This will create another (break) group. Recreate report layout (using a wizard); don't forget to choose the "Group above" style and that should be all.

Left is your situation "before", and right "after". I don't have your tables so I can't reproduce your situation, but - here - "job" is your "city name". I hope you'll get the idea.
