what is the use of catdbsyn.sql and dbmspool.sql.

Hi

DBMSPOOl.sql
This package provides access to the shared pool. This is the
shared memory area where cursors and PL/SQL objects are stored.

CATDBSYN.sql
Creates private synonyms for DBA-only dictionary views.
