EM page not loading [message #238315]

Hi

Im using Oracle 10.2.0.1.0 Enterprise Edition on Windows 2003.

Im trying to access EM thru the web, using the http://servername:1158/em address specified in the install directory. I get the error message saying IE cannot display the page.

I dont see any way to lauch EM on the server itself, its not listed under the Oracle menu. However, using the Universal Installer i can see that it is installed.

I am able to access the db thru SQL Plus.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
YOu have to first check "em services is start or not"

export ORACLE_SID 
emctl status dbconsole

if started then you have to check proxy is disable if proxy is enable then first trun disable and try to access.

hi,

goto services and check the service for oracledbconsolesid,wheather its stared or stoped.

or on cmd

set ORACLE_SID=sid

emctl start dbconsole
