I 14 columns in my report.and since i can not find any option to reduce the column size or percentage i can get only 12 cols in a page n the rest cols in another page even after doing landscape.
Can anyone please help me ?

Thanking You.

It seems that, in your case, use of a smaller font will save space.

So, if you reduce column font size from, let's say, "Arial 12" to "Arial 10", you'll be able to shrink columns horizontally without affecting their contents.

There are other options too - shrinking is obligatory, but you might set vertical elasticity to "Variable" so that you wouldn't lose any text.
