Experts,

The backups are failing with the status codes mentioned in the subjetc line.I checked all posibilities all communications also
every thing is fine but still backups are failing. Some time drives status will show busy even there is no backups are running.Some time drives will struck.
Version-4.5MP6 Data Centre
does this dmesg log related those backup failure?

IMO, nothing you've posted is involves Oracle.

Anacedent,

Is there any forum for this kind of issues.
Actually i am woking as a Backup Admin using Veritas Netbackup Tool. Please help in this.

Atually i am taking RMAN backup from nearline tape.

DBA Guys facing follwing error..

ORA-19506: failed to create sequential file, name="b6ifufpq_1_1", parms=""
ORA-27028: skgfqcre: sbtbackup returned error
ORA-19511: Error received from media manager layer, error text:

I am getting network (communication) error code netbackup console please suggest me.
