Hi
I want to uninstall 10gR2....i tried do using add/remove from the control panel..but still i can see the folder & when i try to delete it, it comes with the message "you can not delete oci.dll: access denied"...Can you help me, how to delete it?.Pls explain with deatil ..since i am new to this.I really appreciate it.Thanks.

Why didn't you use Oracle Universal Installer to uninstall this product?
There has been a similar question here not that long ago; use OraFAQ's search engine (or even Google) and search for "manual uninstall". If I remember well, there was a link to a page somewhere on the Internet which provided step-by-step instructions.
