Hi,

I have created and mounted a database, right now I connect with it as sysdba, i.e.Connect / as sysdba.

Now I want to create dba and normal user, what should I do and how should I do ?

For DBA user assign DBA role (Predefined Role) .
For other user ,create seperate roles with required privilleges and assign to each user.
