1. What is the difference between 'Primary' and 'Position Control' checkboxes with reference to their functionality in "Organization Hierarchy" window in Oracle Apps.(Human Resources)?

2. Sometimes in the "Organization Hierarchy" window in Human Resources resp. in Oracle Apps.,while querring for the 'Business Group'(topmost organization) in the 'Name' field of the 'Organization' block, the 'Inventory Organsation'(lower organization) appears instead of the 'Business Group' after filling other required informations in the "Organization Hierarchy" window to setup the organization hierarchy?

Reason With this problem I cannot complete my Multi-Org setup properly.
