i am looking for particularly oracle report builder.... can any one guide me regarding this.... ki where can i find the institute in bangalore..... n in how many days will i finish

Reports Builder is part of the Oracle Developer Suite and can be downloaded from the Download section of the Oracle Technology Network page.
What institute are you looking for? It could be anywhere; did you search for it on Google?
Regarding your question about duration of some process (what process are we talking about? Developer Suite installation?), I'm afraid I can't answer that question. Installation takes minutes, not days. But if it is about Reports' education, it takes a few days (<= 1 week, if I remember well).
