How to use "email notifications" in WEB EM? [message #231770]

I set up SMTP within "emca -config dbcontrol db "
But when I add a email and test it in WEB EM,I get this message:
"For e-mail notifications to be sent, your Super Administrator must configure an Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server within Enterprise Manager."
How can I configure Outgoing Mail (SMTP) correctly?
Please!I am puzzling...

I have set up SMTP server in setup->notification methods.
but be denied by SMTP in test.
Are there some advance configuration about SMTP?And how to configure it?

ask your PostMaster to enable the MTA to allow message relay from the database server.

P.S.
This question has NOTHING to do with Oracle.
