Hi! we are working on an application built with Oracle ADF. Its now deployed, but from time to time it throws this error in the OAS (summary):

oracle.jbo.common.ampool.ApplicationPoolException: JBO-30003: The application pool failed to checkout an application module due to the following exception:
Unexpected exception caught
: oracle.jbo.JboException, msg=JBO-25222: Unable to create application module.
oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-25222: Unable to create application module.
javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: pfbusinesscomponents.PortalBC not found

My app module is defined. Its like it dissapeared. My stats say:

Number of application pool check outs,3835
Number of application pool check ins,3835
Number of referenced application modules that were reused,3281
Number of referenced application modules that were recycled,0
Number of unreferenced application modules that were recycled,132
Number of application pool check out failures,164

I think this error has a relation with the app pool check out failuere. But i havent been able of tune my app pool to solve this.

I hope you can give me a clue or hint.

Thanks!
