How to know redo log member file damaged in oracle 10g?

If u mean to say when u try to connect, it will give an error message.

My mean is:

There are 2 members in one log group. If one of log members is damaged, How to check this log file?

You don't check it, Oracle checks it for you.
Just query the view and check alert.log.
