I useing the Oracle PL/SQL procedure to have some personal application.

On the Application Server machine where iAS is installed, I'd created a Database Access Descriptor (DAD) to connect to the schema where the PSP is installed.

To use this aplication via INTERNET, I'm useing the Database Access Descriptors and Appache server
This application can be use on Oracle 8 in 9i o.k.

How can I set the Database Access Descriptors on Oracle Database 10g Express Edition
