REP-1247: Report contains uncompiled PL/SQL [message #229118]

Hi, I am getting this error message "REP-1247: Report contains uncompiled PL/SQL" whenever I run the Page Layout in Oracle Reports Developer. Is anyone familiar with this problem?

The only way I get around this (if I have zero idea which unit isn't compliled) is go into the PL/SQL editor and complile each one at a time... it's time consuming if you have many in your report, but it's the only way I get rid of this error myself.

There's no need to compile every single PL/SQL unit one by one. Compile ALL at once: either using menu (Program - Compile - All) or using a shortcut (<Ctrl + Shift + K>).

you get this error because you're trying to run a report (and yes by clicking on page layout, means run the report) but you have edit pl/sql without compiling it. simply compile all and run again

Hi all

I am getting the same error.... I compile the report again using the report builder it compiles perfectly in report builder 6i... but it gives the same error... when i run the report in the system.
(many reports)

I recently compile the Pll files and i compile all the forms in the system accordingly that's the only change i did, please help me to sort out this

Compile the PL/SQL, then run your report.
