Oracle serivce error? [message #224195]

HELLO

I have faced a problem after installing oracle9i on WindowsXp pack2
--------------------------------------
TNS Error 12560

I restared the service (Oracle OLAP 9.0.1.0.1)but this error message happened:
it is in the this attached picture >
what should i do?

Hi,
TNS Error 12560

You should stop first all services and try to start again.

I have already stopped all oracle services and then started this service , but the same message appeares eveytime..
