We have a product server,it can work normal daily(speed can ok),but when we deal with large mount of data(insert,update,delete),the deal speed is very slow,I have the statspack report,pls tell me how to tuning?

IMHO you need a good performance expert for 2-3 weeks.
As I see it almost all application SQL statements need tuning and the application needs re-design.
For example:

Another SQL which stands out...
select to_number(item_code) into :b0 from sfeecodeqry where (qu
ery_code='1521' and fee_code=:b1)
16,141,356 buffer gets for 128,087 executions or 126 gets/exec.
126 gets is very high for a statement that should be returning one value from one table (of course sfeecodeqry could be some hideously complex view but I'm assuming it is not). Make sure there is an index on column fee_code, or maybe a composite index on fee_code and query_code. If the combination of fee_code and query_code is unique, then instead of the index you could try a unique constraint which helps the optimizer choose the most efficient plan, especially if your stats are out of date.

Hi, JR.
As I already wrote:
1. IMHO almost all SQL statements need tuning.
2. The application does NOT use bind variables, performing hard parses and burning CPU.
3. It looks like OLTP system, but parallel queries are used.
I don't like it in OLTP (my personal opinion).
And it's just for starters.
