While installing 10g rac on red hat 2.6.9-42.0.3.EL, using this document http://www.oracle.com/technology/pub/articles/hunter_rac10gr2.html

I run into this error while trying to configure the cluster software... when trying to add nodes using ocfs2console ...
o2cb_ctl: Internal logic failure while creating node
Could not add node XXXXXXXX


Any help would be appreciated...

Error was due to establishing nodes at port 7777, which currently 10g application server has use of on these machines... changed to port 7779 and worked!
