Hi,
I just installed 10g grid control on my PC. i was able to connect and view the info on the browser till my PC shutdown due to power outage. Now i am getting this error

503 Service Unavailable
Servlet error: Service is not initialized correctly. Verify that the repository connection information provided is correct.

I have restarted the services but no avail. Where can i check the respository configuration,
My repository db is up.

Stop EM , agent services and start.
if problem still exists then recreate EM repository.
