Hi,

What import command your using ?

ORA-20000: Unable to set values for table XYZ: does not exist or insufficient privileges

basically ORA-20000 is user define error. but XYZ table is exists or you have sufficient privs.

REGARDS
Taj

export must have done with statistics (default).
While import you are not having privileges over all underlying objects (tables/index) to set the statistics again.
Do the import as DBA user or acquire the privs.
