All,
I need some help please in adding a new database to OEM. How do I get OEM to discover the new database instance. The servers are on the same network. I am running oracle 10g on Linux. Does any one have a step by step guide on how to perform this operation.

HI,
I need some help please in adding a new database to OEM
First check your configure your database for OEM dbcontrol.
IF NOT THEN FIRST CONFIGURE Through DBCA or EMCA utility.

or if already configure then just do below procedure.
$export ORACLE_SID=<sid>
$emctl status dbconsole
here you get URL for you new created database for OEM

hi,
Ok so the OEM is up and running fine. What steps are required now to get it to discover a new database instance on a new server that is on the same network
