LAPTOP_RAC CRS-0247 in VIPCA [message #220090]

Hello everybody
I am trying to install RAC on Laptop : its called laptop_RAC
I use this instruction http://dizwell.com/prod/node/27
During installation I use patch for CRS and Database installation.
That is OK. But the problem occurs when I type VIPCA in cmd
and then get CRS-0247 errror.
Can anyone help me what to do in this case??
please reply on this forum and to marcinmigdal@wp.pl if possible

I needed a proper patch for database.
When I used it, everything went OK Smile

If you are still in problems trying to install RAC perhaps you need to consider this solution from Oracle:
