How could I find out the reason for one index to be unused?

You mean, 'unused' with a query, where it is expected to be made use of
or
'Unusable' status of an index after a direct load/related?

Hi,
It had 'Unusable' status, maybe after a direct load/related, but i don't know.
How could I check it?
