I am using 9i R2. I have some tables but later I read that B*Tree clustering increases database performance and reduces I/O overhead. I therefore want to add clustering to existing tables and create more tables with B*Tree clustered index.

Please let me know how can I add this to existing tables.

First you should really decide if using a CLUSTER is the right thing in your circumstances. Although CLUSTERs can provide a performance benefit if the circumstances are appropriate, they may also be detrimental to performance. You may want to read over Using Clusters to validate it's use in your environment.

To create a CLUSTER review CREATE CLUSTER.
