I GOT THIS ERROR MESSAGE IN LOG FILE and this error happend every 2 hour

dear Sir,
now days we tray to make Agreements with other bank ,
and befor we transfer the new product to live we want to make it in test environment but the test DB cut every 2 hour and that give a bad feel ,

Job queue processes are used for batch processing. The CJQ0 process dynamically spawns job queue slave processes (J000...J999) to run the jobs.
I suspect that 1 or more jobs exist which are throwing these errors.
You need to identify the jobs & deduce what they are attempting to do 7 either fix them or remove them.
You might find clues in the trace files being produced.
