Assignment length 6-24 months
Must be W-2:
Oracle DBAs. Must be very experienced. Must have 10+ yrs as a solid DBA (as opposed to a dev), actually supporting production env. At least 1/2 that time in a large complex environment. Must Have: lots of Unix (HP UX), RAC, 9 and 10g. Doesn't necessarily need clinical experience. This person will make sure the dtabase is performing will, be aware of security. There will be a lot of interaction with users, so communication is very important. It is a small team so everyone must be willing to help each other out.********
Candidate must be able to work independently and as
part of a team. Experienced in analysing database issues,
setting expectations about level of effort and formulating solutions.
Must be a solid verbal and written communicator.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience

- Performance Tuning
- Backup and Recovery
