We have two e-business instances and each of them have its own
infrastructrue DB.
When I start the listener for a INF DB on port 1521, it is supposed to be available for another INF DB but I get above errors.

Here is the part of the listener.log

Try making both db's and listeners be in the same group and granting access to that group. I think it would be 750 on Solaris.
